Training, promotion, homegarden and horticulture therapy networking
- To disseminate the scientific information for home gardens through networking and linking existing kitchen garden societies, associations.
- To help organize special training programs for homegardners, NGOs, community leaders, regulatory vegetable production and consumption.
- To organize seminars, symposia, conferences, brainstorming on various aspects of home gardens and horticulture therapy. Encourage linkages/ networking with national and international players/partners for promoting this sector.
- Competition to promote design, recipes related to safe and healthy vegetable diets. Bring vegetable production, nutrition awareness and horticulture therapy to schools and home science colleges through:
fact sheets, newspaper articles,
pamphlets and various other media.
- Promoting exhibitions, natural horticultural home grown products, horticultural therapy and Nutritional Clinics-Healthy eating….healthy mind…let us all work on it and serve the humanity.
